Performance by Alireza Amin Mozafari.

A trace of Prometheus has always remained in memory; not as a myth, but as a recurring condition. An act that begins with giving transforms, within another order, into punishment. And what is offered to humankind simultaneously places it in a new relation to suffering. «Prometheus» is not a retelling of a story, but a pause within a suspended moment – between knowing and incapacity, between the possibility of release and the persistence of what does not open. Perhaps what ultimately remains is not the chain, but the awareness of it.

Alireza Amin Mozafari is an Iranian performance artist and director with over 14 years of experience in live art. His works center on the body as a primary medium, pain as language, and the active involvement of the audience. He explores the intersection of ritual, myth, and social reality, transforming the body into a site of ethical and human inquiry. His performances have been presented at national and international festivals.
